PERMANENT PATHWAYS

Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP)

Eleven provinces operate nomination streams designed around their own labour market and demographic priorities (Quebec runs its own separate immigration selection system, outside the PNP). A provincial nomination remains one of the strongest advantages available in Canadian economic immigration—worth 600 additional CRS points when linked to Express Entry.

OVERVIEW

The Right Province. The Right Stream. The Right Evidence.

Provincial streams differ substantially in eligibility criteria, intake mechanics, and evidentiary expectations. Selecting the wrong stream, or applying without a genuine connection to the province, wastes both time and application fees—and provincial nominations, unlike a federal Express Entry profile, are also finite: each province receives a fixed annual allocation from IRCC, and recent Immigration Levels Plans have reduced those allocations nationally, making an accurate stream match more important than it once was.

We map your occupation, education, work history, and any existing provincial ties against active streams, then prepare the nomination application and the corresponding federal permanent residence submission.

SCOPE OF SERVICE

How We Support This Pathway

01

Stream Selection & Eligibility Mapping

Assessment of your profile against employer-driven, occupation-in-demand, graduate, entrepreneur, and Express Entry-aligned streams across all eleven participating provinces.

02

Expression of Interest Registration

Preparation and registration of provincial expressions of interest, with attention to scoring grids, intake windows, and the supporting evidence each province expects at invitation stage.

03

Nomination Application Preparation

Complete assembly of the nomination application: settlement funds, intention-to-reside evidence, employment documentation, and any province-specific forms or declarations.

04

Enhanced vs. Base Nomination Handling

Coordination between provincial nomination and the federal stage—whether through an Express Entry-linked enhanced nomination (processed federally through Express Entry) or a paper-based base nomination application (submitted directly to IRCC outside Express Entry).

05

Employer & Job Offer Support

Where a stream requires employer participation, we guide both applicant and employer through the job offer validation, registration, and supporting documentation requirements.
