COLLECTION & USE

Information We Collect

Only information necessary to assess eligibility and prepare an application is collected from clients. Depending on the matter, this may include identity and civil status details, immigration and travel history, education and credential records, employment history, and financial information required by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada or a provincial authority.

Information is used solely for authorized professional purposes: assessing eligibility, preparing and submitting applications, communicating with government authorities on your behalf where representation is authorized, and meeting regulatory record-keeping obligations. We do not sell client information, and we do not use it for marketing without separate, specific consent.

BROWSING THIS WEBSITE

Website Visitors, Cookies & Analytics

This website may use cookies or similar technologies to remember basic preferences and to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site—for example, which pages are most viewed—so we can keep it useful and accurate. This browsing information is separate from, and is not linked to, the confidential file information of clients. Booking a consultation or submitting the contact form will share the information you choose to provide, as described in the sections above, but simply browsing this website does not create a client relationship or place you under any obligation.

SAFEGUARDS

Confidentiality and Secure Data Protection Measures

Administrative, technical and physical safeguards are maintained to protect client information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. Access is restricted to those who require the information to perform professional services on your file.

DISCLOSURE & RETENTION

Disclosure, Retention, and Lawful Compliance

Client information is not disclosed to third parties except with your consent, where disclosure is required to advance your application, or where disclosure is required by law, regulatory process, or lawful authority. Because the practice operates offices in both Canada and the United States, some information may be accessed or stored across this border for authorised staff to perform their role; it remains subject to the same confidentiality standards regardless of where it is accessed from.

Records are retained and subsequently destroyed in accordance with the retention periods and secure destruction requirements set by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.
