Advisory Levels, Billing Practices & Fee Disclosure
Professional fees are determined by the advisory level selected, the scope and complexity of the services requested, and the professional responsibility involved, in accordance with applicable immigration laws, regulatory requirements, and the CICC Code of Professional Conduct.
Advisory levels define the nature and extent of professional involvement—ranging from limited advisory guidance to full representation—without implying any guaranteed outcome. Fees are communicated in advance, aligned with the progression of professional services, confirmed through a written service agreement, and payable only as services are rendered. No fee, at any advisory level, guarantees any particular outcome or decision by IRCC, and the CICC Code of Professional Conduct does not permit representing otherwise.
Three-Tier Immigration Advisory Levels

With clearly defined advisory options—End-to-End Representation, Guided Submission Support, and Pre-Submission Review—clients select the level of assistance that best aligns with their circumstances before booking a consultation. Our Professional Fees
Our professional fees are structured based on the scope, complexity, and level of service provided, and are disclosed to clients before any engagement begins. All fees are charged in accordance with applicable professional, ethical, and regulatory standards, ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance at every stage of representation.
The figures below are professional advisory fees payable to VVKARE Immigration Consultants. They are separate from, and in addition to, the government filing fees, biometrics fees, and third-party costs (such as language testing, credential assessment, or medical examinations) that IRCC and other bodies charge directly and that change periodically—current government fee amounts are always confirmed at the time of filing, directly against the IRCC fee schedule.

Scope of Representation—Additional Considerations
The professional fees listed above apply to one principal applicant and are based on a standard case profile. Additional charges may apply where relevant, including:
- CAD 499 per dependent adult (18 years or older)
- CAD 299 per dependent child
- CAD 499 for applications involving a prior refusal under Temporary Resident categories (TRV)
- CAD 999 for prior refusals related to Permanent Residence or other specialized applications (excluding Express Entry)
Fees may vary based on case complexity, application history, and documentation requirements. Clients are advised to confirm their final fee prior to sign-up or formal engagement, and every quoted fee is set out in writing in the service agreement before payment is requested.
