What Your Consultation Includes—and What You're Agreeing To
A consultation with a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant is the start of a professional relationship, not a sales call. This page sets out, in plain language, what our consultation covers and what you are agreeing to by booking one—so there are no surprises before you speak with us.
SCOPE
What the Initial Consultation Covers
During your consultation, Karan Chopra, RCIC, will review the immigration objective you have described, ask the questions needed to understand your eligibility across relevant pathways, and give you a candid assessment—including where a pathway is not realistic for your circumstances. You will leave the consultation understanding which advisory level (End-to-End Representation, Guided Submission Support, or Pre-Submission Review) fits your file, an estimate of the professional fee involved, and the realistic next steps, whether or not you choose to engage us further.
- A structured review of your immigration history, objective, and current circumstances
- An honest statement of which pathways you qualify for now, and which you do not
- A recommended advisory level and an estimated professional fee, confirmed in writing if you proceed
- Your questions answered directly — this is your opportunity to ask anything about the process, timeline, or risk
TERMS
Fee, Credit, and Format
The consultation fee, available format options (video through Google Meet/Zoom), and consultation length are confirmed at the time of booking.
Where a consultation fee applies, the fee may be credited toward your professional fee only if you retain VVKARE Immigration Consultants within 7 calendar days following the date of the consultation. If you do not retain VVKARE Immigration Consultants within this 7-calendar-day period, the consultation fee is non-creditable and will not be applied toward any professional fees.
Nothing discussed during a consultation constitutes representation before IRCC or any provincial authority.
Representation begins only once a written service agreement has been signed and, where applicable, the relevant IRCC or provincial consent-to-represent form has been submitted.

TERMS
Confidentiality and Cancellation
Everything you share with us during a consultation—whether or not you go on to engage our services—is treated as confidential under the same standards that apply to an active client file, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Once a consultation has been booked and payment has been made, the consultation cannot be cancelled, and the consultation fee is non-refundable. We encourage you to ensure that you are available at the scheduled time before completing your booking.
Rescheduling may only be accommodated if we are notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time and is subject to our availability. Requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation, or failure to attend the consultation, will not be eligible for rescheduling, and the consultation fee will remain non-refundable.
